5. Publication Checklist
When you are ready to promote your maps into the Live website, these key reports should be run to check the maps are of the required standard for publishing to Live.

This report shows any process map which has not been completely approved. |
| Unapproved Maps (Content Approver) |
This report shows which process maps are currently unapproved by the content approver. This report has been replaced by the Alerts and Approvals tool. |
| Unassigned Roles (No Process Owner) |
This report shows all maps that have no process owner. |
| Unassigned Roles (No Responsibility) |
This report shows all maps that have no responsibility listed against activity shapes. |
